Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Should there be any significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you need help opening a claim, we’re happy to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
